Introduction to analytical chemistry, solutions and concentrations. Qualitative and quantitative analysis. Applications of volumetric and gravimetric analysis. Acid-base titration, oxidation-reduction titration. Spectrophotometer, infrared spectrophotometer.

Chapter 1: introduction: the nature of analytical chemistry. Chapter 5,6: errors in chemical analysis and random errors in chemical analysis. Chapter 4: calculations used in analytical chemistry. Chapter 9: aqueous solutions in chemical equilibria. Chapter 12,13: gravimetric analysis. Chapter 17: complexation reactions and titrations. Chapter 18,19: electrochemical methods and introduction to electrochemistry and applications. Chapter 30,31,32: introduction to analytical separation GC, HPLC.
